EU / EEA Consumer Rights & Statutory Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you enjoy statutory consumer protection rights under EU directives:
Consumers in the EU/EEA generally possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or download begins.
When you download an app or purchase digital content through Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment begins immediately, and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon commencement of download or in-app delivery.
Under European Union law, consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services. If an application or digital service is defective, does not function as advertised, or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, receive a proportionate reduction in price, or terminate the contract according to applicable law.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers to resolve disputes out of court. You can access the ODR platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our official contact email for inquiries or dispute notices is [email protected].
AI & Machine Learning Capabilities
Navist incorporates state-of-the-art on-device machine learning, computer vision, speech recognition (e.g., Whisper Tiny), and neural speech synthesis (e.g., Supertonic 3):
Machine learning outputs are generated probabilistically and are provided for productivity, assistance, and entertainment purposes. While engineered for high precision, AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified results.
AI outputs should never be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, medical, accounting, structural, or life-safety advice. Users should independently verify critical output data.
Third-Party Integrations & Services
Our apps may interact with or provide links to third-party services, such as Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or public metadata APIs (such as The Movie Database “TMDB”):
Navist does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of external third-party platforms. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Stark Industries Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our applications or services.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Navist for the specific application or service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident, or £20.00 GBP (twenty British Pounds), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory statutory consumer rights under the laws of England and Wales, the European Union, or your country of residence that cannot be disclaimed by contract.
Changes to Terms & Service Evolution
We may revise these Terms from time to time to accommodate new features, architectural improvements, legislative changes, or app store requirements.
When updates are made, we will adjust the “Effective Date” displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of our websites or applications after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
